Matt has a multi-disciplined background including acquisitions, portfolio management, redevelopment, leasing oversight, debt and equity transactions, dispositions and guest speaking. In addition to being a General Partner at Ambler Yards, Matt is the co-owner of Kingston Urban Development and owner of Larum Real Estate Consulting. Kingston focuses on infill & transit oriented development of all asset types. Larum is an advisory firm that provides services to high net worth individuals and institutional clients.
Matt’s past responsibilities include holding the title of Chief Investment Officer at Post Brothers Apartments and Keystone Property Group and Portfolio Manager at The Rubenstein Company. Spanning his 20-year real estate career, Matt has acquired, redeveloped and disposed of real estate in excess of $1B in South Florida, Atlanta, Northern Virginia, Delaware, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Boston and Philadelphia.
Matt earned a bachelors degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker. He formerly served as the Vice Chairman of the Investment Management II Forum for NAIOP National Forums and is a member of TriState Realtors Commercial Alliance.
Marc is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years in the industry. In addition to his responsibilities as Co-Managing Partner at Ambler Yards, Marc is a Senior Vice President with the Binswanger Companies – a privately owned global real estate services provider based in Philadelphia – where he is responsible for key corporate relationships on a regional and national basis.
As Co-Managing Partner of Ambler Yards he oversees key aspects of the development and leasing of the 285,000 sq. ft. 14-building, award winning adaptive re-use project. He is also an active partner in a 230,000 sq. ft. industrial and office redevelopment in Gloucester City, NJ.
Over his career Marc has negotiated many of the largest and most complex industrial and office transactions in the tristate region. He also acts as an advisor to major corporations for strategic portfolio management. Marc’s client list ranges from multi-national conglomerates to individual entrepreneurs and investors.
Marc is a member of the Board of Governors of the Civil War Museum of Philadelphia and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Chapter of CoreNet Global.
Prior to his real estate career, he was a hotel management and marketing executive with Sheraton Corporation and Holiday Inns. He is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s Prep in Philadelphia and earned his BA in Economics from Fairfield University.

Ben Bergman manages day-to-day activities on campus and will also oversee Benjamin’s Desk Ambler Yards, a cutting edge coworking space and business incubator. The new roles extend Bergman’s connection to the revitalization of the Ambler Yards complex. He previously played a part in the development and management of the Ambler Yards Beer Gardens and the Ambler Yards Community Fun Day. Over the course of Bergman’s four years managing the popular Ambler Farmers’ Market, the market has nearly tripled its roster of active vendors and is poised to reach sales of over $250,000 for the 2017 season.
